Sharksing is happy to offer multiple shipping options for the convenience of our customers.

International Shipping
Sharksing is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and more.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely.
All orders are shipped from our China warehouse.

Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: about 10-30 Working Days
Expedited Shipping: about 5-12 Working days
A standard processing time of up to 48 hours is required before the order is shipped out.
Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always working to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on all of our products to customers in the following countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Indonesia, Kuwait, Laos, Japan, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, Oman, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Russia, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Australia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna, New Zealand.
These customers can also choose to upgrade their shipping to Expedited Shipping (5-12 Business Days) for an additional cost of $18 USD.

Customers in other regions need to pay additional shipping costs (Specific amount please kindly refer to the product page or your checkout page).

*Customs or import duties applied to the parcel upon reaching its destination are outside Sharksing's control, Sharksing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent in an email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.
(Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 working day after your order has been shipped.)
